Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Shipping prices will be provided at checkout

What is order processing time?

Although we strive to ship orders same-day/next day, order processing time is 3-5 business days from the time of payment. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping when you spend the following:

Free shipping on CANADA orders over $100 CAD

Free shipping on USA orders over $50 USD

Free shipping on INTERNATIONAL (outside Canada and USA) orders over $200 USD

Can I rush my order? 

Yes, please contact us by email at Please note, rushing your order will cost a one time fee of $5 as we will have to manually by-pass all orders to ship yours first. 

Will my order have a tracking number?

Yes, all orders for North America shipped from our office will receive a tracking number. Tracking number will be emailed to you once the order ships. Please remember to check your spam folder.

International Orders have the option of selecting standard or tracked shipping. Please note we are not responsible for any orders that do not get delivered if there is no tracking selected at checkout.

How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

Once shipped, we have no control over the speed of the post office. Majority of shipments shipped by standard shipping arrive to their destination in North America within 1-2 weeks and Internationally between 2-3 weeks. If you would like to have your order arrive sooner, please select a faster shipping service at checkout.

Will I be charged customs?

For orders to Canada, there are no customs charges. For anything outside of Canada, you may or may not be charged customs depending on the laws of the destination country. Please note we do not have any control over customs charges that are incurred.

Pre-order shipments

Please note that any orders that include a pre-order item will ship once the pre-order item is ready. If you do not want to delay your other items, please make sure to order any pre-order items as a separate order. 

My item arrived damaged

If your item has arrived damaged, please email us within 3 days of package arrival date at and we will exchange your item for you. 

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

We currently only offer exchanges and not returns. We do not supply pre-paid return labels and all shipping for exchanges must be paid for by the buyer with tracking so we can ensure it arrives to us. If you would like to process an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of arrival date of your item at

Lost packages

Moonlight Jewels Co is not responsible for lost packages after delivery or incorrectly entered addresses at checkout. Please ensure you supply the correct shipping address at checkout with sufficient contact information (email address). Once a package is shown as delivered on the tracking, we are not responsible for it going missing or being stolen. Please make sure to keep an eye on your tracking number to ensure you know when an item is expected to arrive so you can keep an eye out and avoid having a package stolen from your doorstep. 

Can I change the currency on the website?

Our website software is set to change the currency automatically when you visit, but if you would like to manually change the currency, please click the currency button on the navigation and select your desired currency type.

How do I enter a discount code?
Please note that all discount codes must be added at checkout before you complete your purchase. We cannot apply a discount code or refund you the difference after your order has been placed.

Can I get a price adjustment if I order before a sale?

Unfortunately we do not offer price adjustments if you order before a sale.

Will I be charged tax? 

Taxes are automatically calculated (if applicable) at checkout based on the destination address. We do not control tax rates.
